Purpose of the site

arabooki.com is the official site of arabooki, an imprint of Hajjaj Brothers SL. We publish books on Arabic language, culture and calligraphy. The site offers our catalogue, free PDF resources, a newsletter, and a private reader area for readers who activate the digital resources tied to a physical book.

Buying the books

arabooki.com is not an online shop and does not process payments. Our books are sold and distributed through Amazon (Amazon KDP). When you click "Buy", we redirect you to the book's page on Amazon, where the purchase, payment, shipping and customer service are governed by Amazon's terms.

Returns and refunds: since the sale is completed on Amazon, the right of withdrawal, returns and refunds are handled directly with Amazon under its returns policy. arabooki does not process payments or manage refunds for purchases made on Amazon.

Reader area

Some books include digital resources (audio, PDFs, exercises) accessible from the reader area through an activation code printed in the book. By activating it you accept that:

• Access is personal and for the book owner's use. Sharing the code, login credentials or downloaded resources is not allowed.
• Digital resources are a free complement to the physical book; their availability may vary or be updated over time.
• We may suspend access if we detect fraudulent, shared or automated use of the code or account.

Free resources and newsletter

To download certain free PDFs or subscribe to the newsletter we ask for your email and, where applicable, your preferred language. Subscription is voluntary, confirmed by double opt-in, and you can unsubscribe at any time from the link in any email. How we process this data is described in our Privacy policy.

arabooki.com participates in the Amazon EU Associates Programme. Some book links are affiliate links: when you buy through them, Amazon pays us a small commission at no extra cost to you. We do not recommend a book because of the commission: we recommend what we write and edit ourselves.

Intellectual property

All content on the site (text, images, brand, logo, design, illustrations, audio, downloads) is owned by Hajjaj Brothers SL or used with authorisation. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without prior written permission is prohibited. The "arabooki" brand is registered (or being registered) with the EUIPO/OEPM.

Acceptable use

You agree to use arabooki.com in accordance with the law and these terms, without carrying out activities that damage, overload or disable the site, or attempting unauthorised access to restricted areas, other users' accounts or server systems.

Limitation of liability

We do our best to keep content up to date and the site available, but we do not guarantee the complete absence of typos, technical issues, or variations in the availability and price of books on Amazon. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of linked third-party sites.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute is subject to the courts of the owner's domicile in Spain, unless otherwise required by law. The Spanish version of these terms is the authoritative one for legal purposes; this English version is provided for convenience.
