Which browsers?
Chrome, plus Brave or Opera through the Chrome Web Store. Edge and Firefox will each have their own version in their stores: both have been submitted and will go live as soon as they are approved. Not on Safari for now.
Does it change the rest of the page?
No. It only changes the Arabic text; everything else stays exactly the same.
