Shipping & returns

Merch is made on demand (print-on-demand): each item is produced when you order it. Production: 2-6 business days (5-7 at peak). Transit: 3-10 days within the EU; up to 15 days outside Europe.

Shipping cost is calculated in the cart based on weight, destination and method; you see it before paying. You will get a tracking email when your order ships.

We ship almost worldwide. Outside the EU, your order may be subject to local duties or taxes, payable by the customer.

You can cancel or change within 12 hours after payment; after that it may already be in production. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

As products are personalised and made on demand, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (art. 16.c of Directive 2011/83/EU), which exempts goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

We therefore only accept returns if the product arrives defective, damaged or incorrect. Please check the size guide before buying.

You have 30 days from delivery to open a claim. Send us photos and a description to salam@arabooki.com and we will arrange a reprint or refund at no cost.

If tracking does not update for 30 days or the carrier marks the shipment as lost, let us know: we will arrange a free reshipment.
