Arabooki is, above all, a publishing house. Our books are printed and shipped through Amazon’s print-on-demand, so book orders are placed directly on Amazon (with a 30-day guarantee and returns).

This shop is for merchandise —t-shirts, mugs, totes— which we make and ship ourselves on demand. The questions below are about the merch.

Production: usually 2-6 business days (5-7 days at peak times).

Transit: 3-10 days within the EU; up to 15 days outside Europe.

You will get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping cost is calculated automatically in the cart based on weight, destination and the method you choose. You see the amount before paying.

Yes, we ship almost worldwide.

Outside the EU your order may be subject to local duties or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

You can cancel or change your order within the first 12 hours after payment; after that it may already be in production.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Since the merch is made on demand (print-on-demand), we produce each item only when you order it; that is why we only accept returns if the product arrives defective.

Please check each product’s size guide carefully before buying.

You have 30 days from delivery to open a claim.

Send us photos and a description and we will arrange a reprint or a refund at no cost.

You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay with full security: we follow all online security standards and use Stripe, one of the main payment processors in e-commerce.

Each product has a detailed size guide in centimetres and inches.

Tip: measure a similar garment that fits you well and compare it with the chart.

Every screen shows colours differently and direct digital printing can have slight variations (less than 5%).

If tracking does not update for 30 days or the carrier marks the shipment as lost, let us know: we will arrange a free reshipment.

Yes. For customers within the EU, the invoice will include Spanish VAT or that of the destination country if applicable.

Companies with a valid VIES number can request intra-community invoicing.

It depends on the product: we create each item individually right when you buy it.

Some items take longer than others, so an order with several products may arrive in separate shipments. And remember: books ship via Amazon, separately from the merch.
